Things you should know about riding on an Elephant:
- Whatever amount of time you think you want spend on the back of an Elephant with no seat. Half it then you will save yourself some serious muscle aches.
- When climbing onto an elephant with no seat, you stand on its knees, grab its ear and pretend your climbing a big tree
- There is no way to look graceful when climbing an elephant
- If the elephant goes into water and is in a playful mood prepare to get wet

We are leaving Pai in about 4 hours and going to Laos. Getting to Laos means a 8 hour bus journey and a 2 day boat ride! I will update the route map soon!
